With the information below in hand we normally complete the method, tooling and pricing study within the same week.
Drawing or 3D model
PDF, DWG, STEP or even a hand sketch — as long as the dimensions are clear. You can also send a sample part.
Quantity and schedule
One-off or annual series? Volume drives the production method and therefore the tooling investment.
Specifications
Send any fire (EN 45545-2, IMO FTP Code), strength, surface class or colour (RAL) specification up front.
Service environment
Outdoor exposure, sea water, chemical contact or temperature range all change the resin choice.

Customers who want to see the line in person are welcome to visit. Please call ahead to arrange a time; personal protective equipment for the tool shop and paint booth is provided by us.
